Refund Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either ship your order back to us for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from receiving it. Right to Refusal: We retain the right to final authority with regard to our designs and what is posted on the website. If you purchase a custom design package, FD PRINTS retains the copyright of all art created by our team. We will work together to create a unique design, but if we cannot come to a mutual agreement, then we will refund 50% of the custom package fee, and retain all rights to any artwork created.
